Measurements should be taken with a measuring tape while wearing only a thin bra and underwear. Pull the tape snug but not so tight it's uncomfortable.
Try to keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor. If you don't have a measuring tape handy, you could improvise by using a ribbon or string ~ then straighten it out and measure it with a ruler.
Bust Measurement:
Measure around the fullest point of your bust. This measurement is often a different number than your bra size.
Hips Measurement:
Measure around the fullest point of your hips & rear end.
Skirt Length:
Measure from your waist down to the top of your feet. Or just measure the length of a skirt you already own that fits well.
